Baritone Joseph Dhanens completed his M.M. in Vocal Performance at CSU, Fullerton under the guidance of Dr. Mark Goodrich and now studies under esteemed operatic baritone Rodney Gilfry. He is on faculty at Loyola Marymount University as a professor of voice and is an active performer in the operatic and musical theater genres. Operatic highlights include the title role in Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Guglielmo in Mozart’s Cosí fan tutte, Count Almaviva in Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro, Colline in Puccini’s La Bohéme and Escamillo in Bizet's Carmen. Musical theater productions include Sondheim’s Into the Woods and starring as Lord Evelyn Oakleigh in Cole Porter’s Anything Goes.
